If a rush order is required, additional fees may apply.
We’ll provide regular updates on your order’s progress and will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Artistic Integrity

Each custom piece is a collaboration, but please trust us as artists to bring your vision to life in a way that stays true to our style.
Minor adjustments can be made during the design phase, but significant changes may incur additional costs.
Once the final design is approved, no further modifications can be made.
Due to the bespoke nature of custom work, all sales are final.
